Well - that's the word Marlon mostly uses in connection with Maisie, which is a shame since Maisie fancies Marlon no end - but Marlon fancies Maisie no way. It's a kind of love triangle with only one side. Mind you as far as Maisie is concerned there is only one side - hers
At the top left you see Maisie in one of her more loving moods, while bottom right shows Maisie in one of her less loving moods; in both instances the effect upon Marlon is very much the same. Yeuk!
Maisie claims Marlon lacks ambition. This isn't true, but he's divided between two choices for his future - should he be a Brain Surgeon or A-Bloke-What-Goes-Down-Sewers-In-Big-Rubber-Boots?
The big plus about the latter, thinks Marlon, is that the ladies go for a man in a glamorous uniform.
